GNK Dinamo Zagreb has announced its squad list for European matches in the 2026/27 season. The list includes three new signings who arrived at Maksimir in the last three days, as reported by Index.hr Sport.

The club will open its European season on September 16 away against Hapoel Beer-Sheva. Dinamo's final match of the first phase will be on January 28, 2027, at home against Sturm Graz. Currently, the team sits third in the HNL with 10 points from four matches, and you can follow the full league standings.

Who is on the European squad list?

The goalkeeper list consists of Karlo Filipović, Dominik Kotarski, and Marko Zagorac. Defenders named are Marko Goda, Dino Radeljić, Jakov Galešić, Filip Vinlöf, Luka Valinčić, Scott McKenna, and Diego Dominguez.

The midfield includes Andrej Kravcov, Dani Rodriguez, Jasmin Mišić, Nikola Stojković, Luka Ivanušec, Iker Almena, and Miha Zajc. The forward line is made up of Dion Drena Beljo, Arbnor Hoxha, Haris Prevljak, Roko Lisica, Matej Kačavenda, and Mislav Oršić.

Three players not included on the European list are Fran Topić, Robert Mudražija, and Paul Tabinás. Also, Ivan Nevistić is not on the goalkeeper list for European competitions.

How did the new players arrive at Dinamo?

Luka Ivanušec terminated his contract with Feyenoord and returned to Maksimir as a free agent. According to Index.hr Sport, he agreed to a three-year contract with Dinamo with an option to extend for one more season. Dominik Kotarski was brought in on loan from Copenhagen and was presented on Monday evening. Dinamo has the option to keep him on loan for the first season and then buy his contract. Iker Almena joined on a one-year loan from Saudi Arabian side Al Qadsiah, also with an option to buy. He underwent a medical before signing. He spent last season on loan at Hajduk Split, where he was one of the more important players.

How is Dinamo's domestic season shaping up?

How does the new Europa League phase work?

Thirty-six clubs participate in the league phase of the Europa League. Each will play eight matches. The top eight teams qualify directly for the round of 16. Teams ranked 9th to 24th will play a playoff for a place in the round of 16. Clubs finishing 25th to 36th will end their European season after the league phase.
