In January 2025, Dinamo Zagreb signed Wilfried Kanga from Hertha BSC for 1.7 million euros, strengthening the club in attack. However, his performance did not meet expectations. Kanga in Gent and Al-Fateh

In Gent, Kanga became a key player, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists in 39 matches. This performance opened the door for him to join Al-Fateh in Saudi Arabia, where he has been officially confirmed to join as a 28-year-old striker.
