GNK Dinamo Zagreb has announced that it has removed Marko Marić from the position of sports director. During his tenure, Marić hired a number of players, and the biggest transfer was the arrival of Nike Galešić from Rijeka. Dinamo paid Rijeka three million euros in fixed compensation for him. In addition, during Marić's term, the club also acquired Nathanaël Mbuku, Juan Cordoba, Wilfried Kanga, Marko Pjaca, Lukas Kačavenda, Nikola Čavlina, Jan Oliveras, Raul Torrente, Samy Mmaee, Ivan Filipović and Bartol Franjić. Marić's biggest sale was in his last days as sports director when he arranged the transfer of Petar Sučić to Inter. Dinamo's representative will join the Italian club in the summer, and Dinamo will receive 14 million euros for him, plus bonuses and a percentage of the next sale. In addition to Sučić, the only other million-euro transfers were those of Frano Brodić to Ujpest and Marko Tolić to Slovan. Marko Soldo was sold to Osijek for 400,000 euros, Boško Šutalo went to Standard Liege without compensation, as did Luka Menalo to Rijeka. Gabrijel Rukavina also moved to Rijeka without compensation, but Dinamo has the right to 50% of his future compensation. Mahir Emreli went to Nuremberg without compensation, Marko Bulat also ended up in Standard, but on loan with the option to buy out the contract. Maxime Bernauer and Dario Špikić ended up on loans to Saint Etienne and Aris with the option to buy out the contract. And this is still an active transfer period. But Dinamo will have to find a new sports director to lead the club in the future. So what will happen to the club in the next period?
