GNK Dinamo Zagreb have turned down a substantial offer for striker Dion Drena Beljo. Meanwhile, the club secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Gorica at Maksimir in the sixth round of the HNL, with Beljo scoring the decisive goal.

The player's manager, Srđan Lakić.hr podcast that Dinamo received a serious offer for Beljo this summer. Lakić did not reveal the club's name but stated it was from one of Europe's so-called "top five leagues." "The offer was big, but I wouldn't communicate more than that since the club hasn't gone public with it either," Lakić told reporters.

Dinamo decided to reject the bid, and the player himself wishes to stay in Zagreb for at least another season. Lakić emphasized that the club's stance of not wanting to let a key player go is a compliment to Beljo. The striker is in excellent form, and his contract with Dinamo runs until the summer of 2030.

Dinamo secured the three points with a goal from Dion Drena Beljo in the 29th minute against Gorica, according to a detailed report by Index.hr Sport. However, the victory was hard-fought.
